VEDANTA

Science of Consciousness

advaita

advaita

Non-dual (non-duality, not-two). One existence-consciousness, which in its infinite unity is bliss. All phenomena (beings and the world) are an expression of the one ground of existence, consciousness. Objects and their consciousness are not two things. This is explained by Vedānta.

The explanation of this Sanskrit term was written by Simon de Jong.
