mukhyam amṛtattvam
Absolute, supreme (mukhyam) immortality (amṛtattvam). After the death of the body of the jīvanmukti (the free knower in life) this particular line of rebirth ceases.

In short. After freedom only prarābdha karma has to be lived out, even though the self-realized one knows that it is only a story, an appearance. Since there are no more goals, desires, fears and especially doership, no new karma will be created.
Synonymous with videha mukti (for a detailed explanation see there in this dictionary) and called parinirvāṇa in Buddhism (parinibbāna in Pali). In Buddhism this is also depicted by a lying dead Buddha.
