Helplessness, powerlessness. The apparent individual is powerless against the omnipotence (aiśvaryam), of īśvara.
- Anisha
It is better to live in line with god, by surrendering (tam eva cādyaṁ puruṣaṁ prapadye I surrender entirely to that first person BG 15.4).
It is stupid to try to win in and from saṁsāra. It is matter that exploits matter. No more than a dance of death. The consciousness that you really are is just what it is, and does nothing but shine in its full glory.
The side effect is an overexploited world. This goes against dharma, the universal laws of good living. We only have to pay attention to global developments to see where this leads in the human world.
Yet māyā/ īśvara is and remains a miracle. It will continue to give us the results consistently and efficiently according to impeccable laws.
An attitude of devotional love to where knowledge, power and strength belong, sublimates helplessness and powerlessness into loving admiration.
